Get acquainted with the Client in person, discuss the request / vacancies
Ask a lot of questions, regarding the vacancy, ask the Client to fill in the Application in detail
Agree on the terms of cooperation, sign a contract, introduce the Client our Recruitment Flow
Use all possible effective search sources (in 95% of cases it is executive search using our network, Linkedin and other social networks)
Provide a status report to the Client on weekly basis
Conduct detailed interviews with the candidates. We send to the Client only those who meet the requirements of the Application
Along with the resumes of the candidates, we send our feedbacks based on the results of the interview
Coordinate the process of conducting interviews on the Client’s side at all stages
Participate in the interviews with the candidates together with the Client (if needed)
Keep in touch with the candidate and the Client until the end of the trial period
Help the Client to draw up a candidate's resume in a certain format, come up with and provide constructive feedback to candidates, make an offer, and support during the onboarding process.
